I needed a small external hard drive (500 GB) and brought this during cyber Monday for $26 so it was worth the price for me as most were going for $40 and up at that time. It has worked fine but I would have to test it again in about a month. This product was made in China and at first, was concerned about the quality but so far it works great. I ordered 500 GB but the hard drive only has 450gb available, why not say that on the listing? That is false advertising. The whole package is also in CHINESE, when you connect the drive, all the words are in Chinese as well! I was a little disappointed when I first got the product because it’s not what I expected, but after plugging it in and getting it set up it seems to work ok. The drive does get hot after a while and lights up, even with the computer off it needs to be unplugged for the light to go out. It did arrive in a wrong labeled box but it was the correct color when I opened it. ... show more
