So far, the product seems great! It’s like any flash drive or SD chip, you just plug it in and it’s good to go. The only thing I wasn’t expecting is that it’s actually only 111 GB and not 120 GB. When I got it, it already had 111 MB dedicated to the system, which is expected, but still a little annoying. It’s slightly smaller than an iPhone 7, and almost the same color as one. It doesn’t get in the way when using my computer, since the cord is long enough for it to be placed out of the way. So far, so good! ... show more

    • HORRIBLE Will download spyware and is INTRUSIVE on your computer files
I swear I never learn- this is the second one of these that I've tried to purchase. The first one was barely dropped on a carpeted floor and never worked again after 2 days. This one has ruined my files on my computer somehow. I plugged it in to copy a few files to see how it worked and now my files on MY ENTIRE COMPUTER won't load. I don't know if the device is trying to input some other type of spyware or software on my computer, but again I've gotten screwed for a device that I can't use and have to send back . MY ADVICE stay away from this brand and this product, TERRIBLE. And don't bother with the insurance either it's cheap , doesn't cover regaining your files and you'll just end up with a refund from Amazon and you've lost a dollar that you thought would have saved your information. RIDICULOUS. UPDATE- After doing a computer shutdown and restart I am now getting notifications that I have never seen before and can say that I only tried to copy 8 songs onto this device but when I tried to replay- songs that I forgot that were on my computer were on there that I didn't copy. Don't buy. I don't do Alexa, I don't do the cloud, but this device is one of those that are INTRUSIVE on your computer . I'm just going to free space on my good old HP Passport -send this back and be done with it. ... show more
