The scale itself is a commercial grade work of art. Bright, responsive; really quite extraordinary. My only regret was not researching the price. Had I done so, I would have saved over $50. This also didn’t have Prime shipping. Hope others can benefit from my mistake.

The scale is accurate, stylish, and comes with an app that lets you analyze your shot extraction. Is there value for the money—no. It’s a luxury item for people who have an espresso hobby.

    • Why would anyone buy this?
I can buy 9 AWS scales for the price of one of these (or 25 of the less-expensive ones!). Yes, it's nice that it's protected against liquid, but in my five years of using the AWS scales, I've ruined exactly 1 from liquid and my second one has lasted years now. I'll take my chances on the less expensive ones and will pass on this. ... show more
