This 6” fan and controller are so great. It’s so quiet we don’t notice it running. At first the controller was hard to understand but it kinda explains each step. So once you get through all the modes and setting them. It controls the exhaust and humidity to targets. I like this feature. Cause I don’t understand the other feature as much. I think targeting works best. I also have humidifier plugged into it. lol I bought it because the ac infinity humidifier goes nuts without the controller ... show more

We just recently moved in a new house and I bought this inline fan to help warm up a part of our house that was colder than the rest. We first tried adding insulation in the attic and having it blown in the walls but it was still cold. I researched furnace controlled fans but had no luck so I thought I would try the AC infinity Cloudline T6. I’ll start by saying it works great and really warmed up the room to a comfortable level and I absolutely love it. I didn’t want the fan running all the time so I thought this would be the perfect option having the sensor and control module. I decided to take the sensor and install it inside the ductwork. I set the controller to turn the fan on at a high temp of 75 degrees and chose fan speed 4. I also turned off the humidity settings so it wouldn’t run because of the humidity being to high or low. When the furnace turns on and the controller senses the temperature of 75 degrees it turns the fan on and pulls the warm air through the duct. I know this isn’t the way it was designed but it works. You can see the temperature on the screen of the controller and it quickly rises as much as to a 115 degrees and the flow and warmth in the room is great. When the furnace turns off and the duct temperature cools, the fan turns off again at 75 degrees. I chose this temperature so that cold air isn’t blowing when the furnace is off. Before I installed the fan the air barely came out of the register, even after closing other registers in the house to try to push it there and also the air was cold. I was concerned about some of the reviews saying the fan was noisy but I don’t think it is at all. It’s no louder than the furnace fan pushing the air. I didn’t install it directly to my floor joists but rathe hung it from straps to try to eliminate any vibration in the floor and it works. All together this is a great product and would recommend this fan to anyone having similar issues. ... show more
