This is a great Ab workout and value for your dollar. It was easy to put together and I’m not super experienced in assembly but managed this fine. I’m newer to fitness, having been naturally skinny prior to my mid 30s I never bothered with anything but running. With age and my job now being from home I have started to work on my fitness. This was amazingly helpful. It really does work out your abs. Fair warning that you should be prepared to take it slow if your just starting your core journey lol. It is comfortable to use (besides the ab burn but that’s what you want). It is not noisy either. I’m 5 feet and 3 inches and find this useful. My husband is 6 feet 1 inch and it doesn’t seem to fit him quite as well, even with the height adjustment as tall as it can go. He’s used it and it helps, just not as well as it does for me. If you’re on the taller side it might not be as effective. But for average/below average height I recommend! ... show more

I got this today. My first impressions are that it is very well built. It's made out of very sturdy materials. Assembly is pretty simple. It took 15-20 minutes to put together. And a few hours after I did a small sample set (20 reps), my abdominal muscles definitely feel like they've been through a workout. So, it seems like it's going to be an effective piece of exercise equipment. Update: It's two months later and this ab trainer is still holding up very well. I do 6 sets of 50 on the highest setting (Now, I even have a 3" high-density foam mat underneath the front feet, to give it an extra level). I do that for 2 days, give myself 1 rest day and repeat that process. If you use this thing regularly, it will definitely strengthen your core. And do a great job of it. For 58, it's helped me get a nice, flat and strong set abdominal muscles. For not that high of a price. ... show more

Intense and you definitely feel the burn. My only issue is that the knees can’t be adjusted for taller people. Back sometimes feels a little cramped..if I could adjust it just a smidge it would be perfect..but it’s manageable

I'm a 65-year-old female, and I put this ab coaster together by myself. It's not too difficult. I took my time and got it done. It looks really nice and I love the colors. I was disappointed when I tried it out because I couldn't even do one crunch. I tried it again the same day and was able to do three. The next day I did two sets of five. I am going to keep doing sets of five until I can do more. I was only able to ride one mile on my stationary bike when I first got it, but now I can ride ten miles at a time. I was only able to do 25 pulls a day on my rowing machine and now I do two hundred per day. So I believe that in time I will conquer this ab roller. It just takes consistent effort. I'll try to update this review in a few months and let you know how I'm progressing. It is sturdy enough for me but a big strong guy or gal would need a more expensive machine. Some folks may need to do sit-ups for several months before they are successful with this ab machine. Like other things in life, it works if YOU work it. Here's to consistent effort. I’ve been working on my stomach for some years to try to reduce the fat and give me more muscle and this really has helped the process even more so you have to continue to use it. You just can’t stop you have to keep using it.
