First off the reviews were mixed with its hard to install vs its easy. My hubby did it solo in 2 hours so super easy just weird directions We set it up and inspected it and I had to reach out because one of the bars wasnt welded right and wasnt holding. It was a structural piece on the top. Got a credit from Amazon bc they couldnt replace just one piece even if it was an wasy fix they would have to send the entire replacement box out which is HEAVY. A few days later other welds go come loose before we could find a welder. Were outside in not bad winds and it catches the corner just right and we watched the welding come apart in several other spots. CHEAP WELDING which is so sad because it is so nice. If you own a welder and can fix it then maybe buy one, but make sure you have no wind at all cause it reminds me of school literally like toothpicks held by marshmallows structures ... show more

It’s good looking, and the price made it worth it. We’ve only had it up for 4 weeks. It was fairly easy for three mama’s to assemble. It seemed sturdy before we added the weight bags. I think it will withstand the high winds we get out here. Time will tell.

Great Gazebo Definitely recomend, from the beginning, when we first got it, the first think that came to mind was, this is going to be so hard to put it together, the instructions was only 3 to 4 pages long. But it was the other way around. It was so easy to install the Gazebo. It is at least 2 person job. We were 2 and got it done under a couple of hours. It look and feel very sturdy, we had frind over that was thinking the same thing, and complementing how great it looks 😀. The only thing bad I would have to say, and I am not sure if it was the delivery or came that way, but some of the pieces was a little bent, but nothing that couldn't be easy fixed. I have be shopping for months and I so far, I am very have with this purchase. We haven't had any strong rains, to see how it handles strong rain, but for here and there, comes and goes rain, it has done fine. ... show more

    • It is NOT a Hardtop!!!

For the amount this is, it's not worth the price. By the time I realized it was not a hardtop it was being built by people I paid to build it. It looks nice but I am so afraid what will happen on the first gust of wind. I makes noise as if it's going to fall apart any second. Between getting it built and buying it I spent over $1100.00. If it lasts it will be worth it but sadly I just do not know. It is made from very cheap cheap cheap material. The vendor should be ashamed of themselves for the false advertising. If you don't have any wind in your area and weather is not extreme, this may be for you. As I said before it is nice, just NOT a Hardtop. That was all I wanted due to the extreme weather we have. This is our first gazebo/canopy so we don't have much experience with other products to compare with. After reading too many reviews and ordering several other gazebos that turned out to be out of stock (thanks, Overstock.com & Amazon!) we settled on this one. Well, it turned out that we didn't "settle" at all. It arrived early and well packed; no damage at all. The instructions were easy to follow and the gazebo was easy to assemble. We had read about some nightmares with other products but ours went very smoothly. Once assembled the structure is fairly rigid and strong, the whole stronger than the pieces. This model comes with insect netting but no privacy curtain. Be sure to waterproof the covering before assembly; its only water resistant out of the box. There's only 2 cautions we can think of: 1. The base of the columns are somewhat small. We screwed them to our deck; a larger "foot" would be more stable. 2. The last corner of the main canopy that you fit has a pull-tab to assist putting it in place - good luck. Ours broke just as it almost got in place. Luckily, levering it on was fairly simple as a "McGyver" fix. As I said, we have nothing to compare this to but the construction, quality, fit and finish, and instructions all are in good order. I think that the fact that we were first timers argues that this gazebo did its job. ... show more

    • Ordering Process Difficult
I had a flawed ordering experience with another seller prior to purchasing from this seller. So before placing the order I contacted ABC Canopy and had a proof designed. They were great with making changes I wanted to my artwork. I contacted ABC Canopy to ensure they could make the canopy if I purchased from this seller and they said they could. I contacted the seller and sent them the proof and asked if they could make that tent. They said they could. All was good up to this point. Then I placed the order. The ABC Canopy company contacted me and said my artwork file was not high enough quality. We went back and forth and I sent them every possible file. Several days later, they said my files were not good enough, and wanted $45 to have their artists make my file work. They did waive this fee, but I didn't think they should try to charge it since I already had a proof from them. The next part of the order process was frustrating because I didn't know what to expect, but it was satisfactory. The frame ships quickly and you get the frame first. Then you wait a few weeks while they make the canopy and any side walls. This portion of the order comes from China. Once they shipped from China I got them a day later! WOW!!! I couldn't believe this. Overall the order arrived just a few days after the expected delivery date. The tent is of acceptable quality for our use and for what we paid for it (Around $625). The fabric is a bit thin. Not like the cheap stuff you get at Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods, etc but thinner than fabric samples I got from other vendors. Perhaps because other vendors wanted $1400 for the tent. The bag is thin, but I think we got what we paid for. A good tent at a good price. ... show more
