The frame was very easy putting together. The roof was a little more difficult. I’m not good with picture directions but fortunately, the person helping me was. All in all and so far I’m happy with it. I’ve had it a little over a month now. We haven’t had much rain but what we have had the roof has held up and there are no leaks ... show more

I can finally use my patio thanks to this gazebo!!! My patio faces the west & I have no trees in my yard nor does the neighbor that is behind me. The sun would make it unbearable! Now, with this gazebo, I can enjoy my patio! I love it! It's beautiful & seems to be very sturdy (we haven't had any really bad weather yet to test that out). 3 people & a couple of at least 6 foot ladders will help immensely during the build. We had 2 people on the ladders & one on the ground preparing the next pieces & helping with anything needed on the underside while putting the panels in place. The reason for 4 stars is due to the instructions & some of the hardware. The instructions are all pictures, no words. Relatively easy to follow, however, there are a few bolts that get put in in one step, that will need to be removed & then replaced in another step. Not a big deal, but would have been easier to figure out if that had been stated when initially putting in those bolts. The curtains & nets aren't universal. Kind of like bed sheets, they have to go on a certain corner to line up. Again, not a big deal, but not shown at all in the instructions. Probably the biggest reason for 4 stars is that some of the longer bolts are not long enough. We quadruple checked, making sure we were trying to use the right bolts. They were not quite long enough to go where they were needed. Thankfully, it's only a few bolts per side so we were able to skip them to complete the build, then we just bought the right size bolts to put in those spaces. Pretty minor issues, but for the cost of this gazebo, you expect better. 😏 Overall, would definitely recommend this gazebo! ... show more

Probably one of the nicest gazebo you'll find for the price, very nice quality.. but installing the roof panels can really test your patience. My brother and I put it together, from start to finish probably took us 8-10 hours. The frame went up with little problem in the first day along with the peek of the roof. The rest of the roof panels can be quite tricky, they aren't flat and rigid, they all have a wave to them and flop around when you're trying to get them into the track. Two people are needed. I recommend you get one sided in the track and then have one guy inside trying to hold the panel straight and flat while the other on the outside pushes it into place. You'll need a 6'-7' step ladder and a 2-3 step, step ladder. The sections are two pieces, the instructions have you do all the bottom panels first and then all the tops. Instead do one section at a time, put the bottom in first and then the top. Then loosely screw edge on to hold it in place, you'll have to remove the screw again to attach the next edge piece on the next section. The first section will probably drive you crazy, it gets a little easier as you figure out a system though. The very last top panel of course you'll have to do from the outside side on the taller ladder leaning over the bottom panel. I was worried about doing this one trying to figure how I was going to get it in the track from the outside. I don't know if I just got lucky but it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. As I said in the beginning its a bit of a pain in the ass to assemble but it's well worth it. , you'll have a beautiful gazebo in the end that should last you many years. ... show more

This Gazebo arrived with bent legs. When dealing with this company you can just FORGET about getting ANY help. Not only did this collapse after just ONE SUMMER- the zippers on the curtains were broken. It was never fully waterproof because the curtains would not stay closed because we had to clamp them shut with metal clamps. Forget about getting ANY satisfaction from the so called A to Z plan either.ENDLESS PHONE CALLS AMD EMAILS. Having to repeat the same questions for hours and weeks on end! Buying from YOLENY is putting your family at risk. WARNING‼️‼️I wish we would have known this is a third party seller who doesn’t give a DAMN about safety or customer service. This was a seriously large expense for us. WE CANT AFORD A NEW ONE. No help from Amazon whatsoever. God bless your families. Please PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM YOLENY. ... show more

absolutely love the unit. Looks great. Not to difficult to put together - it took two of us about 15 hours total. Hardest part was installing the roof slats. After numerous tries we ended getting aluminum squares and inserting them into the slot before putting the slat in. This helped to guide them in place. Everything else went pretty smooth. Negatives to be aware of: We checked the boxes for to make sure all parts were shipped and received as mentioned by other reviewers. So glad we did. We were missing one roof support beam and had to ask the seller for it. Asking the seller was a trip…. We provided pictures the number of the item and several messages went back and forth because they had no idea what it was. Couldn’t understand why they would not grab the manual to see the exact piece. Once that was figured out they kept claiming it would ship but never did. I finally had to request a return for missing parts - while refusing to pay shipping back due to the defect. Only then did I get a tracking number - a fake tracking number. I had to inquire again about a shipping label before they gave me a real tracking number that actually showed the part shipped. It was definitely harder than it should have been to get the part but glad they finally followed through. ... show more
