  • Great Rechargeable battery for the price
Size: 20 Count
With kids in the house, we’re constantly dealing with a battery shortage. From toys to gadgets, it feels like the batteries always run out at the most inconvenient times, especially when the kids find a new favorite toy that eats up batteries quickly. I decided to try rechargeable batteries, and so far, it’s been a fantastic solution. Here’s a detailed review based on our experience: 1. Eliminates the Constant Need for New Batteries One of the biggest advantages of switching to rechargeable batteries is that we no longer have to deal with the endless cycle of buying new batteries every time something dies. With kids constantly playing with battery-powered toys, it felt like we were going through packs of AA and AAA batteries weekly. These rechargeable batteries have put an end to that. Instead of running to the store every time a toy runs out of juice, we just recharge these batteries, and they’re good to go again. 2. Quick Charging Time Another thing I really appreciate about these rechargeable batteries is how quickly they charge. We’ve all been in situations where we need batteries for something urgently, and with some older rechargeable options, charging could take hours. These batteries, however, charge in a reasonable amount of time. Within an hour or two, we have fresh batteries ready to use, which is especially helpful when the kids are eager to get back to playing with their favorite toys. 3. Environmentally Friendly It feels good to be reducing our environmental impact. Instead of throwing away single-use batteries every time they run out, these rechargeable batteries can be used over and over again. It’s a small change, but it makes a difference in cutting down on waste. We’ve definitely noticed a reduction in the number of battery packs we need to dispose of, which is a win for both our household and the environment. 4. Cost-Effective in the Long Run While rechargeable batteries might have a slightly higher upfront cost, they end up being far more cost-effective in the long run. Rather than constantly buying new disposable batteries, we’ve invested in a set of rechargeable batteries and a charging station, and that’s all we need. Over time, this has saved us quite a bit of money. The ability to just pop the batteries into the charger rather than buying new ones all the time makes a big difference, especially with kids who go through batteries so quickly. 5. Durability and Reliability Since switching to rechargeable batteries, we haven’t had any reliability issues. The batteries hold a charge well, and they work just as effectively as regular disposable ones. They have great longevity, lasting through multiple play sessions without any noticeable drop in performance. Whether it’s powering up toys, remotes, or other devices, these batteries consistently deliver. Final Thoughts If you have kids and constantly find yourself scrambling for batteries, rechargeable batteries are a total game changer. They save money, reduce waste, and offer a reliable power source that charges quickly and lasts. No more running to the store for last-minute battery purchases or dealing with piles of dead batteries. With these rechargeable batteries, we’ve found a solution that works for our busy household, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a more sustainable and cost-effective battery solution. ... show more

  • Be sure to use the included charger
Size: 8 count
So, not exactly sure what happened initially. The usual 8 bay charger I use for my other rechargables showed these fully charged, but when I popped them into my Roland Ax Edge synthesizer, they died within about a minute. I pulled them, put them in their own charger, and after they showed all green again, popped them back in the synth. They lasted a good 2 hours and were still holding a charge when I stopped practicing, so could probably do another hour at least. Now, it could just be that my other charger is going out on me, too (which is entirely possible). One other thing I want to note about the charger. It's USB-Micro B, NOT USB-C, so, don't throw away the cable thinking you already have a drawer full of USB C cables like I almost did! ... show more

  • Decent "value" tier rechargeable
Size: 24 Count (Pack of 1)
These batteries seem to be reasonably good quality and charge normally on my powerex charger. They do not output 1.5v at full charge. Consistently 1.25-1.3v. Fine for your TV remote, maybe not great for your RC car. Also, the cover on the "shoulder" of the battery makes it incompatible with some devices that use a round spring type contact on the + end. ... show more

  • What a waste it was.
Size: 24 Count (Pack of 1)
So I have 4 kids a wife, a bunch of pets, a couple girlfriends, (dont tell the wife). Anyway, we used to go thru batteries like it was candy and cake, meaning a lot of batteries. So many batteries I would regularly fill one gallon ziplock bags with used ones. I didnt want them in the regular trash and brought them to our recycling center. Well, I would take approximately 1-2 bags a month. They were heavy and almoast always broke open on the ride over. And they took up a good chunk of cabinet space, and we need all the space we can get. So now that I have rechargeables all that is no more. No saving, no carrying, no more buying, no more girlfriends cuz my wife found out! So no more of so many things I never realized how much it was costing in money, time and space, (girlfriends are costly let me tell you). It truely is life changing. And the switch over was easy. So, instead of buying batteries for the month, I started buying rechargeables and little by little the battery powered devices started all having rechargeables. Now instead of tossing them I put them on the 16 space charger and when done they get put into a charged battery bucket. Everyone gets fresh batteries from there whenever needed. It is so satisfying to not have to spend all that money. Now it took about 6 months to get everything switched over because I didnt want to spend anymore than I was already spending on batteries so it took longer for us to get where we are today and that is 100% rechargeables. And they last just as long, work just as well , and cost zero each month. Now, I expect to spend a few bucks in another year or so to replace any that start to fail, but thats an enormous savings compared to the old way, and it didnt hurt one bit making the switch. So I cant say enough good about rechargeables and Im not allowed to mention the girlfriends anymore, but now that the batteries arent an issue and I dont have to deal with all those things those old batteries required my wife is much happier. And Im happier too about the batteries not so happy about the lost girlfriends but you cant have everything now can you? ... show more
