I have this machine. It’s several years old. The dongle broke in the company will refuse to sell parts and software because the machine is so old and I no longer have an order number Bad Company no customer support suggest going after a different brand.

The media could not be loaded. I have purchased this printer as well as a UV DTF machine from this manufacturer and I am very pleased. Customer Service is A PLUS. They worked with me thru WhatsApp video chat to get everything on the software set up for me. It was easy to get going quickly. A couple of things to note: the manufacturer is in China. So they are on a different time zone, and if you're in the US you'll need to work with them late at night because that's when they are at work as it is morning there. 2. You need to clean and maintain the machine. Daily. If you don't, the print head will clog. There are a ton of ways to unclog it. Look up YouTube videos on how to do this and how to put your machine in vacation mode if you'll be gone for a few days. I've done it multiple times and I've never had to replace the head. Prints are vibrant and beautiful. I've only used procolored brand ink in my machine. Never had any problems at all. I've tried various powders and films and they all seem to work relatively the same, but i won't take my chances on off brand ink in my machine. Overall it was well worth the money. I've been using it for a few months now. The shop owner is in touch with me on WhatsApp still so I am able to get ahold of someone if something goes wrong. ... show more
