  • Worst purchase ever.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY This is absolutely the worst purchase ever. I've been making shirt transfers for a year and working with them even longer. I paid for expedited shipping and the label was created the same day. 4 days later there was no movement so I called the shipping carrier. I was told by them they haven't received the package yet. I messaged the seller asking why its not been sent off if I paid for expedited shipping 4 days ago. I was told then they shipped my package 4 days ago yet the very next morning it finally left the original facility. I knew then that since they lied this whole experience would be horrible. The printer will not print right. There is always missing lines even after multiple head cleaning cycles and power cleaning. Then even if the print does print decent you cant get the white underlay lined up correctly. After setting up the software using the usb manual provided, tweaking all the settings nothing printed right. If I got a decent at best print and tried to cure it the oven will not cure right. You can change the temp and time and it still dont cure. Once I got the temp high enough to melt the powder it would only melt half of it. I was even using a small 4 inch design. I changed the temp 1 degree and then half of the design burnt and cracked so I printed more and tried again. This time I upped the time by 1 second and it cured half and burnt the other. No matter how you set the oven it does not cure correctly. I even used a surface thermometer and checked the oven all over. One spot would heat to 129 and just a few inches over 94. The oven was set for 115 at that time. You cant cure a dtf transfer with inconsistent heat. This item is defective. I reached out to the seller and was told that since ink had been put in the printer they cannot resell it so I may have to take a 50% loss. I as a coustomer should not have to take a loss on a defective item and they as a company should not be knowingly selling defective items. They continued to be rude and disrespectful by acting like I didn't know what I was doing. After I started the return process I was sent 1 return label. In the description it says item will be sent in 2 pieces. Printer and oven in one and ink and powder in another. I received my ink on a Thursday, oven on a Friday, and printer on a Monday. After telling them I needed 3 labels I still only have one. This is a scam where they are selling defective products and only trying to give half of a refund. I will be contacting Amazon to get this worked out with them. ... show more
