Loved this mini split ac and it made a world of a difference! We used this in our garage which has no insulation inside and it completed cooled down the space. The unit came in two separate boxes but it has everything you need to set it up, although my husband is very handy and good at figuring things out. It is very quiet you can barely hear that it is on. There’s also fan options which allow you to adjust the speed. We haven’t tried the heating feature yet because it is very hot out.
