Advertised as a 9" X 9" clock. The face is actually 7.75 inches across. Smaller than I expected. Second hand is very smooth. The clock is very quiet. The inside depth is about 3/4" which starts to hide the numbers when you are at a 45-deg. angle from the front. I am not sending it back because it is a good deal at $8, but I won't be buying another one. ... show more
