I cut trees professionally back in the 90s but now I’m only cutting 10 to 20 cord each year for personal use. Most reviews are accurate in that it cuts well and it’s not that bad to sharpen but if chaos strikes – as in the chain comes off when the tip gets pinched – then the low quality of the chain really manifests itself. In a matter of fractions of a second, many of the sprocket drive teeth were damaged, almost beyond repair. The metal seems weak, and it chips and gouges easily. I recommend spending a few dollars more and getting a chain that’s made somewhere besides China ... show more

I used to use these chains but will never buy again if there going to show up like this. Opened tore up box and had one of the cutter teeth broke off. Worthless now. I was so mad I just pitched it. When you need something you need it not broken.
