These tennis balls are smaller than the size of normal balls used for tennis, but it isn't an issue. The best part about them is that they are pre-cut, which solves a lot of problems. For use indoors, the balls last a long time. However, as with all of the tennis ball glides, they wear out quicker on sidewalks and streets. Having a package of 8, on hand means they are ready to be changed when needed. I have reordered these several times and have been very happy. None of these sold lasts very long as far a wooly cover. But seems as good as all the others. I open up the cuts to slip over old plasic slider so as it wears it doesn't punch hole right threw to aluminum leg.

I gave these just three stars because they don't last very long...maybe a month before the rubber shows through and begins to 'shudder' on my hardwood floors. I use them only on my indoor walker, never outdoors and only on hardwood floors. I will continue to purchase them though because they are pre-cut and easy to slip on, (plus, the turquoise ones match my turquoise walker). ... show more

It was quite challenging to get the balls over the legs. Eventually stretched out the flaps with needle nose pliers and found not to push straight down. Instead, tilt to the side and once you get one side in place push the other side down. It still beats risking cutting myself!

These are to go on to a walker, but it seems they should last a little longer than a week. We only use them indoors. Did use one set outside and that was a disaster...peeled the fabric right off the bottom of the balls, so figured they would be for indoor use only. That's not much better. We have changed them out at least 1x a week...so the balls do not last long at all. I would recommend to look further for durability. ... show more
