My child has the choice of a colorful kitchen set of realistic and of course picked the realistic one. I'm happy he did sand he was excited when he opened them. Don't get discouraged by the way they packed them. I was unsure at first as the whole set for in the palm of my hand when wrapped. But once you unwrap its actually a nice little "copy" kitchen set for your little. He was excited and said "yay I can cook just like you". It's very much like a real set but mini. They are lightweight,we will see how they hold up but they seem decent. Size is perfect for a little kitchen. The lids are two different styles but are universal to all the pots/pans which would be easier for a child to navigate.. happy overall with this this purchase. I was unsure at first but I stepped out of my confort and bought it. Now I'm greatful I did and didn't spend the 25-30$ for a Melissa and Doug set. I should have read the product description better before purchasing because this play cookware set was a lot smaller than expected. They do seem to be sturdy and durable so far but I would have liked the pots and utensils to be a tad bit larger for my 1.5 year old to play with. But for the price they get the job done and she enjoys playing with them. ... show more

this set was cute in the picture but what a waste of money! my daughter can’t even play with her fake food because all of the pots and pans are soooo small not worth the buy if you want it for fake food and a kitchen set. kinda hate now i have to spend more money to buy a set that actually fits fake food ... show more
