I use this for my daughters 2c hair when I braid it. I found the best way to use it on her hair was slightly damp hair and applying to each braid before starting the braid and add more as I go down with the braiding. I also used a locking gel on the roots only before braiding and I got a week out of her hair style. Without using anything I would get three days max but doing this method help extend that. You do have to reapply nightly and put a scarf on while sleeping. No need to rewet the hair nightly, just add more of the mouse. It’s not sticky and did not cause any build up. ... show more

I’m a hair dresser and I couldn’t wait to use this product for my clients braids !!!!Products seemed nice and light definitely smelled great but when I used 1/4 of the product my top stopped working which was very disappointing but i will def buy again
