I installed it on my class A Motorhome and this system is seen to be fast and very responsive to apps but, once you connect to CarPlay, it disconnect from the wifi, you can’t use both at the same time. I will return it as I want to be able to connect it to my Rv wifi while using CarPlay for phone calls and other things ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought the older version YT004 of this stereo which is great. then bought a second one for my son and they sent the 4SYT004. Now the SWC works intermittently - online software upgrades a no longer possible. Limited interface customizations. Loud fan - Still slow charges phone. ... show more

I am very impressed with this radio. It has all the features you could want. It does have wireless and wired for both Android Auto and Carplay. It is android 11 not 10 now. I highly recommend doing the online update. It really makes it work great. If I was to complain about anything the screen sensitivity is weak. I have to double press buttons sometimes, but it is minor. I was able to get the steering wheel controls working with no problem. I put a sim card in it and it works, but so far I am only getting 3G on AT&T. I am working on resolving that. As you can see in the pics it matches the style of my outlander exactly. At first neat concept, ashamed I didn’t research more but sellers like this bank on my mistake. BT drops and reconnects several times on a two mile drive to the grocery store. The GUI could be made a lot more, pay attention here to the ones that make these things, User friendly. But ok, I let that slide. Almost two months go buy and the screen goes black. I meticulously inspect the tiny wiring behind the touch panel, another area of great importance to improve on. All connections being made. Reset, remove battery ground blah blah nothing worked to cure the touch panel but oddly enough you couldn’t see anything but if you knew where onscreen to touch, it would recognize that and perform said action. Getting ahold of someone for warranty repair etc was offered via email only. Couldn’t find anything else in all that paperwork. Red flag there, email only, they know they are selling garbage so no phone to call or mess with, mailing address bogus but they have ya an email. The easiest thing to ignore if it went to an actual human to read. My gut told me even purchasing through Amazon that I was making a mistake. Love the comfort of someone like Amazon between me and a purchase and as kick-ass as they are, nothing’s perfect and they will sell junk unknowingly. 2 thumbs up for Amazon. 2 middle fingers for all the company’s, aka sweatshops, for being garbage to the world for personal gain ... show more

What I liked: Unit looked exactly as described and had all the features I expected. Installation wasn't overly difficult and it sounded great. Screen looks good. What I didn't like: Videos on YouTube or in the browser are grainy and blacks suck. Not a dealbreaker at all as I wasn't spending $1000. What was a real problem for me: performance. Mine got so laggy it would freeze. Bluetooth would disconnect and reconnect randomly. I didn't see many other similar complaints so maybe its just my unit. ... show more
