Arrived in 2 boxes when we were expecting 1, but when we reached out to customer service in confusion, they responded quickly and professionally, providing the tracking number of the second box. Arrived SUPER fast, and in great condition. I will say, assembly is NOT for the faint of heart and takes at least 2 people. It requires at least 1 or 2 screw drivers, ideally a drill to make it go by faster. It will definitely test your relationship, lol!! Took us about 5 hours, so clear your afternoon, but it did go much quicker once we got our hands on a drill. Once we got it up, it was super sturdy and a good size. Function is great, I only turned the heater on once by accident for just a second, and it was heating up very fast. Smelled a little funny, but kind of like when you turn your heater on in the house for the winter for the first time. I imagine that would go away after a while of turning it on regularly! I will say, though, the LED strip lights are not accurate in the photo. The “warm” light was like neon yellow/green, and very not cute. We forewent it, because we just didn’t think it looked good, unless you want it to be like a rainbow color. ... show more

This is fireplace is breathtaking. Cozy in my bedroom. Sturdy, solid and heavy Assembly is easy, but follow the directions as there are no extra parts The perfect size and height and the ability to have the graphics of fire with or without heart is so romantic. Just give them your money.

The media could not be loaded. The mantle is a 5/5 stars! Very sturdy and not too hard to put together. It took me and my husband about an hour (with a drill). The only issue we had with the install was there were no pre-drilled holes to install the actual fireplace insert. The fire insert is a very good heater! Blows a decent amount of air. I only have 2 complaints. The brick photo does not match the brick imprint which is a little funky. Also, the fire itself could look a little better. ... show more

I have wanted one of these entertainment stands for a long time and I decided on this one. It’s beautiful! It took my husband (who is very handy) and I about 2 hours to put it together. It came in two different boxes/shipments. The price was perfect (compared to the furniture stores or what it would cost for my husband to build one himself). The only thing I wish I would have looked at was the side shelves are for display and I would’ve really liked doors on them to close/cover. But I will make this work because I love the look of this. Really impressed with this. Honestly was not expecting it to look so good in our living room. Easy install, took my husband about 1-2 hours to put together. Please don't buy this. It is the cheapest looking "fire" I have ever seen. We decided we wanted to return it, but we already assembled it and disposed of the boxes. Seller basically told us tough luck and ship it back on our own, which would cost more than what we originally paid for it.

Wonderful option for an electric fireplace. It came in many pieces but do not let that stop you, it comes together wonderfully with patience! The heating element was shipped in a separate box with a separate tracking number. The customer support was very helpful on helping me know where my 2nd box was. The remote, timer and heat setting options are awesome! We use it in our living room den and it heats up the space perfectly. The hardware for assembly was something new that holds better than older type fasteners. Total assembly time 3 hours. Solid no wiggle when moving upon completion. LEDs are great, insert is easy to mount. Basically a solid piece for a living room. Doesn't look cheap and again very solid.
