I love, love, love this fireplace. It is very sturdy and well built. Also heavy so be sure to build it in the room you plan to use it in. (we did). This went together easily if you have built flat pack furniture before. If not, you might get a little confused as the directions do not have any words, just pictures, but pretty basic flat pack put together. It took 2 people about 3 hours. It is exactly as described, perfect size for our small living room. Love the stone feature (not actual stone), the mantel is nice and heavy with a nice rich dark color making it look like a nice high quality furniture piece. This is a creamy white, not a bright white which I love. Fireplace is nice and will be great on those evenings when the room is a little chilly, also great ambiance when you don't want heat, you can turn off the heat. Looks exactly like pictured. It comes in 2 boxes three days apart. Amazon only gives one tracking number, but I contacted the seller when the first one arrived and not the second and they sent me both tracking numbers so I could know when to expect the second package. ... show more

I was really skeptical of this because the shipping date kept getting pushed out, the item was then out of stock, and FedEx said the package was only 20 lbs. It was a lot of money to be concerned over. However the package did arrive, everything was in perfect condition, the instructions were easy, and we absolutely love it. Such a great product!! Arrived super fast and intact, loved how easy it was to put together. It says it’s a two person job but I was able to do it in 2 1/2 hrs probably would had been less if it wasn’t because the kids kept calling me 😅 other than that I have loved everything about it. Material is good I love the color and design and everything works great! Now kids are super excited for Christmas and so am I!! It's a really cute fireplace, very sturdy. The heat output is great. I must say I thought it was bigger and bulkier and the stone is not real stone. I guess for the price it's not that bad.

This fireplace came in two separate shipments so be patient. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. I am 73 years old and it took me 4.5 hours to put it together by myself. Putting the sides together without another person was a little difficult but I did it. It looks great in my livingroom The logs look a little cheesy, you can tell its a plastic insert, but the heater keeps my room warm and the log display is mood catching. ... show more

I like how everything was easy to put together but there is a 4 screws that don't match up wright with holes on piece 9 and 10 but other then that everything is good. It does take a little time to put together but looks nice. Thank you
