We play with both expansions and have epic battle every game. Always looking ahead trying to figure out next move to play offence or have to play defense to slow down opponent. Win by War, Science, Politics or ending victory points. Love this game and its expansions.

Adds so much. It fixes a lot of the blue card trashing. At least that’s how me and my wife used to play. I can’t wait to combine it with pantheon after we get really used to it.

Patheon might play a bit better balance-wise but I like how thematic this one is. Was pretty self explanatory and easy to learn, the cubes and components are fun to play with!
