I was pleasantly surprised with this seating set. I wasn't sure what to expect and I was ready to ship it back if it turned out to be rickety. But it isn't. It seems well-made and sturdy. The chairs are comfortable, attractive and the vinyl rattan looks like it will hold up well in all sorts of outdoor conditions. My only caveat is that it took quite a while to put it all together. I'd say it took almost an hour per chair to assemble and maybe 20 minutes per ottoman. Altogether I'd estimate it took me 2.5-3.0 hours to assemble everything. It wasn't hard, but there are a lot of screws and washers. I'd recommend using a power tool instead of the included ratchet tool. But other than that I think this was an excellent value. The set is nice looking, comfortable. After a few days of use 2 ball bearings fell out of the rocker base. The company quickly responded an replaced the entire base. Was a little difficult to put together as the holes aren't lined up perfectly. Takes a bit of muscle for older folks with arthritis.

I really hate to leave negative reviews. But since this was over $1,000 I felt it necessary. The furniture is okay. I don't think it will last as long as a set I bought at Sam's club 10 years ago that lasted and still looked like new after 10 years. Yes, it cost more but you get what you pay for. I doubt the cushions will hold up for very long. In my opinion, this furniture is a little overpriced for the quality. Not going to take it apart and return it because that would be just a big fat headache. I'm not thrilled, but oh well. That's what you get when you buy things online that you don't get to look at in person. , I'm giving it three stars. Sorry 😔 ... show more

This set is absolutely beautiful and very sturdy. It was a little hard to put together but once together it was great. I love the denim blue color, very beachy! this is a nicer set than the ones I had looked at Lowe’s. Extremely well packaged and very sturdy furniture. The chair boxes contain a small orange ratchet drive wrench that is very useful. I did not use power tools as everything is 6mm and i did not want to strip out any attachments. Took about 10 hours to build the whole 10 piece set but i had to do it by myself. A second person working with you will greatly speed things up. Every box had an extra bolt or nut so in case you did lose one or strip it you are covered. I would buy again! ... show more

This set is absolutely stunning and identical to the picture. The cushions in the seat are nice and thick. I feel like I'm at a high end Motel, the chairs are very comfortable. It's nice that they glide and swivel. However my pillows had a few spots on them but I decided to keep anyway.this set would easily have cost $1000 or more as far as assembly is concerned my son in law and daughter put everything together with the tools that came with it. ... show more
