This is a well made 7 1/4" carbide saw blade with 40 teeth for a very smooth cut finish. The blade is thin yet stiff for a clean narrow kerf with a very good finish. I tested it on some 125-year-old gnarly hardwood reclaimed from a renovation project on my barn, and it made a very nice cut. I'm a wee bit disappointed it doesn't have a diamond knockout arbor, so I can't use it on my big Skilsaw bevel drive, but I have several other saws to use it on.     • This isnt top of the line but for the price its a pretty good option compared to overprice versions
I'm currently remodeling my house and cutting wood is a huge part of that. I tend to run diablo blades from the big box store as there decently priced. However this one is about half the price and works just as well. At 8$ it works great and is cheap enough to not worry about it wearing out faster than those other high priced blades. This one has been used to cut about 40 2x4's by now and its still working great. While it is labeled for steel and aluminum i dont think this is a good option with a skill saw. Blade cuts well: smooth cuts and a relatively narrow kerf. Oddly, the printing on the blade seems to be on the wrong side. 40t blade seems most appropriate for plywood/particleboard and similar materials. Although the packaging suggests it's fine, I will not try using this for metal. Good price, nicely packaged in reusable heavy cardboard sleeve, and super-fast delivery! ... show more

We found the GMTOOLS blade to be very sharp, smooth cutting, and a very good value. We liked the re-usable case (40t blades not used for rough framing). Another great saw blade find. Great price, too. I got this for my Dewalt DWE745 Table Saw. It cut through pressure treated and hard wood. Apparently it can cut through aluminum and steel as well, but have yet to try these.

I haven't bought a new blade for my circular saw in years. Most of what I cut is plywood so I need something that's going to make nice clean cuts without ripping it up. Seems like a good blade. Says it cuts aluminum wood steel and fiberglass. That's a little crazy. I'm only going to use it for wood. The welds on the teeth look clean and it feels pretty sharp. Good blade. Teeth are wider than the blade which reduces the potential for binding and makes clean cuts. The ability to use on different materials is a plus, but have not tested on metal.
