I ordered this, it came as expected and it really IS quiet, there is some noise but its really fairly quiet. So far, Im enjoying this hoop. its a good quality material, the ball is nicely attatched, the links hook together firmly, so they arent going to fall off if connected correctly. The ball bearings dont catch in the hoop, so its a smooth movement and the ball is attatched with 550 cord, which is tough stuff. Ive only had this 3 days, but so far, im loving it! ... show more

    • Not very smooth
This is very difficult to get to continuously spin. I was literally throwing my body around and doing the most to get to spin. It just slows down and stops no matter what. Maybe you can get it to work for you but I couldn't.
