Pretty sturdy bands and the cuffs are comfy. I do think the bands could be a bit shorter but I have really short legs so I don’t quite get the stretch that I’m looking for when I use them. The ankle cuffs are easy to put on, and adjustable with velcro straps, and have two steel links on each where you attach one of the three resistance bands: 10, 20, and 30 pounds pulling pressure. Also comes with an instruction manual showing different exercises to improve various areas of the lower body, legs, hips, thighs, etc. It's going to take me awhile to use the 30-lb resistance band, but I'll start with 10 and work my way up.
