Pretty sturdy bands and the cuffs are comfy. I do think the bands could be a bit shorter but I have really short legs so I don’t quite get the stretch that I’m looking for when I use them. These resistance bands are sturdy and well made. The ankle cuffs are easy to put on, and adjustable with velcro straps, and have two steel links on each where you attach one of the three resistance bands: 10, 20, and 30 pounds pulling pressure. Also comes with an instruction manual showing different exercises to improve various areas of the lower body, legs, hips, thighs, etc. It's going to take me awhile to use the 30-lb resistance band, but I'll start with 10 and work my way up. These Kuzaro resistance bands are well made and sturdy. The ankle straps are comfortable and easy to use for an effective lower body (legs & Glutes) workout at different resistance points (10, 20, 30 lbs). These straps are the next best thing to actual gym equipment without the hassle of big machines and traveling out of your way to get an efficient workout - You can take these anywhere!
