I had to get new bands because I kept snapping the standard bands and found myself with a pile of snapped bands after my workout amd no way to finish my abductions. After some research i found this product. These are thick, heavy duty material. The fabric is surprisingly soft and the inside has a grippy material that keeps it on your leg without pulling your skin. I got the 3 pack, and I'm glad because the extra heavy in the 4 pack would have been far too much for where I'm at. I'll work up to the heavy in a few weeks I'm sure, but medium is perfect for where I'm currently at and my sister can use the light for her current level so its working out perfect. I can get full range of motion with donkey kicks, fire hydrants, kick backs, abductions and squats with no risk of breakage. Full range of motion was one of my biggest selling points because thats a cause of snapped bands in most cases. And some bands on the market are strong enough to not snap but they are so stiff you can hardly move. Not these!!! I'm so excited about my purchase and can't wait until my next leg day to use these bad boys. I recommend and will be happy to buy more when I get stronger! ... show more

I really like these bands! I’ve been wanting to get some for a while and think these are a great quality for the price. They seem strong in use and add good resistance. The product also came with an “instruction manual” that shows a variety of leg exercises and a little 7-day glute training program with them. Worth the buy! Hopefully they last, and for the cost it’s worth it to me :-) ... show more

I was really surprised at the quality. I thought these were going to be more like stretch bands that you use at physical therapy or see at the gym. These are thick and woven material. You don't have to worry about them breaking or over stretching. If you're looking for a good control, these would be great for helping keep your for during squats or other exercises. Of course they're great as is too. You get 3 different resistances for three different levels of difficulty. Honestly, I thought I would be able to do the medium, but I ended up dropping down to the light resistance. These bands are legit. The colors are super cute too. I don't like a big flashy workout gear, and find these very appeasing. They have their own bag, so I don't have to worry about my kids getting into them when I'm done. I just pack them up, and put them away. These are a great start or addon tool to get your butt motivated and working. ... show more

These bands are great!! I received them at the very beginning of September of 2020, and have been avidly using them ever since, daily! These are the first resistance bands I have ever purchased, and they have held up incredibly well since first purchase. I find that the middle (pink) band is my favorite, with just the right amount of resistance, but not too tight around my thighs. They withstood all leg workouts I have used them for (glute bridges, fire hydrants, squats, box step ups, crab walks, curtsy lunges and much more) with no tearing of seams, and no signs of wearing down or stretching out at all. So, so pleased with the durability over the months, I have definitely put serious work in with them. When it comes to versatility, these bands really seem like they’re for just the booty and leg area, as advertised. The only thing I can think of as a con would be the strongest band (light purple/heavy.) This band is very, very strong, to the point where I cannot find any workouts to use it for. I’ve ever tried using it for arm workouts, but again, it’s SO strong, lol. It is fairly tiny and does not fit past my knees, but I’ll hold onto it for the day I find some use for it. The lightest band (light blue) works great and has light resistance, I have no problem fitting it onto my thighs and although it is looser than the medium band, it still stays snug against my leggings and never slides down. I love to use this one for light resistance and high reps. All around, very impressive bands, definitely recommend if you are looking for a set of three and a cute jaw string bag that comes along with it. ... show more

I've had these for about a year, or maybe even two, now. I think that they're great, and you really do feel the burn. You could definetly use these for if you work at home too, for there are plenlty of sitting down excercises to do with these. Easy to carry around, easy to use, and very sturdy. Each color is more tough to use, for an easy, medium, or hard challenge. They even come with a little bag for storage, and a little booklet with pictures to show you how to do some excercises! Absolutely love these bands! I was using elastic ones prior and that was fine at first but the more in depth I got with my leg workouts it started to annoy me buy rolling, sliding and folding. However, THESE BANDS? Do not roll, slide or fold! Extremely durable and resistant. Currently on medium after 2-3 weeks on light! ... show more
