The media could not be loaded. First, this was so well packaged. Very impressed. All directions and parts were included. The directions were clear with illustrations and easy to follow. The included tools were thoughtful, but you really need “ real tools”. Took me 2 hours for the first chair with included tools. When my husband came home from work , he went to garage and got two tools. Second chair went together much faster, as did sofa and ottomans. The furniture is heavy and the pillows large. It is extremely comfortable and very nice looking. My advice? Use real tools, read ALL directions before beginning ( I put sides of ottoman on upside down and had to redo). Be patient. If I , a senior citizen with no experience, can put this together, you can too. I am happy I purchased this!! ... show more

Was not the easiest to assemble but it worked and all pieces were included. My only complaint is the couch cushions could be a little fluffier. They are very firm and flat. The 2 swivel chair cushions are very comfy though.

Beautiful outdoor patio furniture. Quality appears to be very high and the look of this set is very stylish. The cushions are very comfortable and supportive. Part of the couch arrived damaged but I received a replacement part within a week. Customer service was helpful and polite. I think the price is competitive with similar furniture sets but this style really caught my eye. Looks great on my deck. Looking forward to enjoying it with my family. ... show more
