We took a chance and purchased this sectional/conversation set while it only had 4 reviews. It turns out that we made a good choice. We are in the process of a patio renovation and upfit. So, this was part of our plan. However, we didn't know exactly what we wanted or a brand. We looked extensively, and found it was really difficult to find something that was brown wicker and the size we wanted. We were also looking for good customer service and solid reviews. So, we actually used other products by the same company to gauge those issues. All-in-all, the product was mostly as advertised. I did have one pillow (pictured) that I requested a return on because it was jammed down into the inside of one of the pieces. It never has taken form while the others have. We also had one cracked foot that we requested a replacement piece for along with that. I emailed and they replaced both pieces. So, good experience with customer service as well. It took about 2 hours to assemble and came in 4 boxes. I will say, I have read tons of reviews about shipping issues with these big sets, but these came several days earlier than stated and also all came on the same day in 2 deliveries. So, that was awesome. Maybe because we are close to where the shipping origin was...not sure, but it was great. I would suggest having a ratchet, wrench, and power drill. Most people say not to use power tools, but if you use it properly and hand-tighten all nuts and bolts first, then carefully drill tighten with a ratchet, it will go faster. I only used the power drill and the cheap little wrench included, but if I had to do it over, I would have just got the extra tools out of the tool box. So, we also scotch guarded these today as well. Everywhere I've read says these can handle light rain, but anything more requires a drying process. It took 7 cans to properly coat everything (except the pillow we have asked to exchange). As far as height goes, I was a little pessimistic about the seat height but it turns out it is just right. I wouldn't mind the back being a couple inches higher. That would be my only suggestion, but it looks like all brands have a similar short-back. The pillows are fairly good. We will dress it up with some decorative pillows and thats about it. Overall, it is as advertised. Hopefully the wicker holds up to the elements and sun. We popped for the extra allstate protection plan after seeing pictures of other wicker furniture that has direct/prolonged sun exposure. So, I didn't want to take chance on such and expensive purchase. Hope this review helps you if you're as picky as we are. ... show more

I'm giving the actual couch 5 stars, but minus one star for the CONS. PROS: So once you actually get it all put together, it looks great. The blue color was perfect. Nice and rich and not too pale. People were saying it's too low, but it's fine. Once the feet are on and the thick cushions tossed on top, the height is fine. I'm short, 5'5", but my friend is 6'2", and we both found sitting on the couch to not be a problem. CONS: The instructions and equipment. All they give you is a small Allen wrench and nut wrench. Building this monster with just those 2 tools would have taken forever. Do yourself a favor and buy a socket wrench set. It's a real game changer. Tightening nuts will be a breeze with one. And it still took 3 hours to build. Using that small wrench tool...forget it. It's also tough to tell if you have the right item because the stickers that are suppose to be on the correct piece, tend to come unstuck and end up on other pieces, so you can have the letter "A" on two completely different pieces. The images on the instructions aren't much help either as there are very subtle difference in similar pieces. And finally the clips that keep the sectionals together work fine to prevent them from pulling apart but they are not tight so the sectionals can still slide back and forth when sat it. I'm sure I can figure out a solution to that. ... show more

I bought this sectional based on the size and hoping that the description of the pillows was accurate. I'm so HAPPY with this sectional!!! I have a small apartment balcony that is only about 6' deep so my space was very limited but I wanted to make it a comfortable space. Well this did the job perfectly! These cushions are so thick and comfortable! I've added my own throw pillows for my own look, but I absolutely love this set. It did come in two boxes as mentioned in other reviews, no big deal. It was very easy to put together. I highly recommend this set if you are looking for high quality for a small space without giving up the luxury of the bigger sectionals! ... show more

Ordered this set a few days ago. Arrived in 3 separate shipments. Shipping was FAST. Product was to be delivered between July 7th-17th. Recieved the last two boxes today! Fairly easy to assemble, if you have ever assembled furniture before. All screw holes lined up perfectly. Do not tighten as you go. Wait until all screws are in place. It took me (120lbs female) approximately 2hrs to assemble, broken up over a couple days. Product seems sturdy. Cushions are thicker that I thought they would be. Comfy. Clips do come with sectional. This sectional had no reviews when I purchased it, so I didn't have the highest expectations. I am extremely satisfied with this set! Perfect if you need alot of seats for alot of butts (4 kiddos) and do not have a $1200-$1600 budget for patio furniture!! We will see how this set holds up. I will be buying velcro to keep back cushions from sliding, but had planned on doing so anyway. ... show more
