You get 3 black panels and 3 white panels. They have tapered edges all around that gives them a really nice style. The white panels have almost a marble look and when placed alternating with the black panels looks really nice wherever you decide to put them. The quality is strong and sturdy but also light weight so it easily sticks on the wall with the self adhesive backing. They definitely dampen sound waves and will help with audio recording or just cutting down on loud noises in the house or studio. These are about 1/2" thick and are tapered on the edges. The entire back side is adhesive, just peel off the paper and stick them. It also comes with tape and a little level that you can use as a guide to install them perfectly. We're using them in the stairway from the basement where the music equipment is and they seem to quiet some of the noise that normally bounces up and into the main floor. ... show more
