    • Excellent variety of colors in a hard to find pre-cut size

I ordered these pre-cut squares for a Hawaiian applique project that we were doing in my3rd- 5th grade art class. This 12inch size was perfect! The variety of colors was a plus as my students were able to choose the color that would contrast best with their background. The price point is just right. The only drawback for me was that this package of pre-cut squares were not all quilting cotton; some were more of a cotton twill fabric or poly-cotton blend, which were more prone to fraying and a little harder to work with. It wasn't a big deal for the kind of craft project we were doing, but if you are looking for a budget -friendly pre-cut pack for quilting, I would look elsewhere. ... show more

I'm going to use this product for piecing a quilt where I need solid colors. I always buy 100 percent cotton fabric and this seems thinner than I normally buy. I love the colors and it should work out ok for my needs.

I didn’t expect the fabric to be super thick and high-quality because obviously it’s an expensive but these fabrics squares are unbelievably thin. like tissue paper, they could be ripped quite easily with your hands. I bought these to use to test embroidery designs in order to test the designs effectively. I have to use two pieces of heavy weight, stabilizer, or 3 to 5 pieces of the fabric. i’m still going to use it obviously but I don’t think I would buy again ... show more
