  • You get more than enough to soundproof a room with an order of two or three
Color: Black
The media could not be loaded. You get more than enough to soundproof a office or a moderate sized bedroom with an order of two or three of these. I have a video that shows the size of the package and how it will be packed. I’ve had these on my walls for at least a month now, and I’ve tried different configurations to soundproof the best. The foam of the material is a type of semi tough foam that will not break if you want to glue it or tape it onto walls and then take it off again. The soundproofing tiles are square 12“ x 12“ I believe. I would recommend not soundproofing a wall corner to corner, making it completely a foam wall. There is a point where you reach a diminishing marginal returns of soundproofing quality with the more foam that you add. I’ve done the best by spreading them out in a pattern like structure. I have 12 inches of soundproofing from tile and then I have my regular drywall wall. Like a checkerboard style. The soundproofing tiles are pretty easy to install. I would recommend getting some tape or glue that will not harm your wall. The soundproofing tiles are black, so they also look the best in a dark colored room. Overall, these tiles are exactly what I expected. ... show more

  • Great as expected!
Color: Black/red
I love the fact that it came with the double-sided stickers and I also like that the stickers are easy to peel off with that edging part to it. I did my home studio with this and it was beautiful.

  • Cheap
Color: 24BLUE+24BLACK
They work a little for reverberation but do not help with noise traveling through walls. Cheap though

  • Absolutely Amazed
Color: Black/red
I'm truly awestruck by the quality, shipping time, and packaging of these sound panels. At first I had about 50 bucks to spend, so I found these guys, and I was hesitant to buy at first (no reviews, and advertisement picture looks kind of sketchy/unprofessional, but I went through with it, considering I can just get a refund if things went sour. It literally was sunday night when i ordered, and it shipped monday around noon, and was delivered Thursday at 3pm. It was expected on friday night-saturday. It was very fast, and i live in northern Indiana and these came from the bottom of Tennessee. That's pretty good. And when I opened my package, i received a vacuum sealed 4 inch thick 10x10 inch package (48 panels in it) within the amazon box woth plenty of bubble wrap. I sliced open the box and set all the panels to expand back to size. They all expanded within 2 days, and have no tears or dents. They are really durable, and the color is very rich and solid, not faded at all. I am very happy and satisfied, and I highly highly recommend these guys, because they really know what their doing. The ONLY thing that isn't perfect, is the grammar on the instructions. It looks like a 6 year old types it. it read (word for word) : dear buyer.if shape is not very good. Can quick recovery in the water.soak in water for 1 minute.wring out water.3-4 hours fast recovery"... some improper grammer, period where not supposed to be, and no spaces at beginning of new sentences. But other than that these couldn't be more perfect! ... show more

  • Disappointed
Color: Black/burgundy
These came packed so tight that at first I didn’t think it was possible for their to be 24 panels in each bag (I opted for burgundy and black). I knew right then this was a bad sign. Good sound dampening pass have to have some thickness to them or sound travels easily through especially in a room with vaulted ceilings. I put up 12 in a small area of the studio to try (I knew I was wasting my time however maybe this is new technology or something I was hoping) used a db reader (56.9 ambient with radio on and my microphone (mxl 770) ,half circle stand dampener plus ,Pre voice pop filter as well I’ve been having issues with an echo in the area where my booth is. I have been recording for over 18 years and no specifics and solutions to issues. This issue needed sound dampening to 100% fix it after changing different levels on the computer, still having a minor amount of echo noticeable. After covering enough square footage to at least make some impact I’ve checked with my decibel reader, and it was exactly the same reading, 56.9. Absolutely no change in the amount of Echo whatsoever so I added 12 more pads to the ceiling and then doubled up so now I have 24 ft.² of coverage. The rest is all protected by microphone dampeners and 56.9 dB reading and exactly the same amount of echoes still, at this point, I have to decide do I add more thickness which is what I know I need or do I cover more surface area based on the room? I know it’s the thickness that I need because the rest of the area is isolated with dampening cloth, so I added all the rest of the pads which gave me a quad layer. Still at 56.9 dB and finally a reduction in echo by about 15% to 23% fluctuations so now I have almost 4 1/2 5 inches of foam sticking out off the wall. It’s unrealistic for the space that I need. Obviously I needed one panel per square foot and more surface area covered but because these are so thin and sound travels through them. The amount of layering needed is so much that you’re better off buying a higher quality product, and it’s definitely gonna cost more but don’t waste your time layering up your whole room with one layer because at the end you’re going to find out that there has been no noise reduction so hopefully I save some people some time and hassle because that would be a huge bummer to buy a large amount of these to do an entire room which was my plan but I wanted to get a smaller amount first to test them and I’m glad I did. Each color before on locking the air out of the bag was about 1 1/2 inches in thickness packed so they were completely smashed together. When you open the packaging to let them breathe there’s deer formations on the corners of all of them, therefore, eliminating the ability to use minimal amount of mounting tape And requiring you to use mounting tape for the entire border definitely not studio quality but for the price honestly I should’ve known better so I’m somewhat embarrassed, and would like to save that embarrassment for anyone else out there ... show more
