  • Very nice
Color: Black&Blue
The media could not be loaded. I got the 50 pack black and blue, and 50 pack black. These filled out nice. They are not meant for noice canceling, rather a slight reduction in noise. My main reason for buying these is to make my space something I like, and make it a little more cozy. I thought it came with something to adhere it to the wall but it did not, so i got the 3M super 77 and they hold up pretty well so far. It's a nice product for the money. Don't let them sit in the sealed bags for too long or you might have different results. ... show more

  • OK Product not the best
Color: 50Pack Black
The Burdurry 50 Pack Acoustic Panels have been a game-changer in my home studio setup. These soundproof studio foam panels not only look sleek in black but also serve their purpose exceptionally well. They measure 1" X 12" X 12", making them versatile for various applications. When I first set them up, I noticed an immediate improvement in the sound quality within my studio. These panels effectively absorb sound, reducing echo and reverberation, which had been a persistent issue before. Whether I'm recording vocals or mixing music, the difference is remarkable. What sets the Burdurry panels apart is their durability and ease of installation. I didn't face any challenges while mounting them on the walls. Plus, the pack of 50 is generous, ensuring that I had enough panels to cover the necessary surfaces. Compared to other sound-absorbing solutions I've tried, the Burdurry panels offer a cost-effective option without compromising on quality. They've significantly enhanced the acoustics of my studio, allowing me to create professional-grade audio recordings. If you're looking to improve the sound quality in your space, these panels are a fantastic choice. ... show more

  • Not very soundproof
Color: 50Pack Black
I bought these to help absorb sound, but they did not do a very good job. They were pretty thick and I used a long type of thumb tack to put them in my walls, as well as double sided adhesive pads, but neither option really kept the soundproof pads on my walls.

  • How an overall 5 with a 3 for cancellation? read on!
Color: 50Pack Black
These were purchased to surround the movie screen area and are not the primary source for absorption. I built acoustic boards and ceiling to floor bass traps as my primary acoustic and absorption control. For the purpose of which I bought them, they work wonderfully. They absorb the light around the screen excellently, and since I have bi-polar speakers, the back side of the towers needed only a touch of sound treatment around the screen wall. I did not purchase these for any kind of cancellation, so I cannot rate them fairly for that purpose. Giving them more would be deceptive to those needing it to that purpose, and rating them less in that category would be unfair to the product. I would NOT use these as primary sound treatment for a home theater or music studio, but I would recommend it for someone doing podcasts and that sort of thing. They are not High End by any means, but for those on a budget, they aren't a bad place to start. These are not self-adhesive, I used staples to hang them, and they are easy to hang. ... show more

  • First time doing acoustic dampening
Color: 50Pack Black
RE: The picture. I know I need my walls repainted. The weird black lines at the top are some oddity from the panoramic picture. Summary: They work. Not awesome, but they absolutely helped. I read some reviews saying these don't work at all. Those reviewers clearly thought covering a wall with panels will magically soundproof a room. These are NOT for soundproofing, these are for acoustic dampening of echos off walls, and priced for those on a budget. They DO work. Just not nearly as good as really high end ones, of course. You just really need to do some research, watch some videos, read some in-depth articles specifically about acoustic dampening. There's a lot of planning and thought that goes into it. My attached picture fairly demonstrates a cheap first attempt at acoustic dampening. I could have done better. But it's carefully planned to target problem echo spots. First tip: Buy bass traps first for the 3-way corners where two walls and a ceiling all meet together. That's the biggest source of unwanted echos. Then focus on 2-way corners where wall meets wall or wall meets ceiling. These pads work great instead of pricey acoustic columns. Just curve them into the corner. They expanded just fine, right away, all the way, in a matter of minutes. No water needed. I'm not overly super-impressed, and being my first attempt at acoustic dampening, I have nothing to compare them to. Surely the big name nicer bigger... real... acoustic dampening panels work much better. I wouldn't try to use these for a recording room. They are quite small. These are not suitable for a recording room's more acoustically technical needs. But for my little guest room turned band practice room, reading carefully about acoustic dampening and doing careful placement of the wall panels and corner panels, they absolutely DO decrease echo in a very acoustically "live" room. It is quite noticeable, and they absolutely improved things, noticeably. It's much easier to hold a conversation in the room, and the guitars hanging on the wall no longer sound like ringing windchimes with every sound. I haven't really tested recording yet on the condenser mics, but I'll get around to it and I imagine the wall panels and bass traps are going to help a lot. Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend watching a few videos and reading a few in depth articles about acoustic dampening, especially if you think that wall panels is all you need. The bass traps in the corners absolutely helped improve things a ton and are more important than wall panels per most of the articles I read before carefully planning the layout of panels, to handle as much as possible with dampening the acoustic echo. I recommend these for a practice room or a small room for those on a tighter $budget$. They DO work. Not great. They look okay. They are small. But they work. ... show more

  • ALL PANELS FELL DOWN
Color: 50Pack Black
I previously purchased sound panels that were a bit more expensive about a month ago. 12 panels for $40. I had alot of the foam tape left over so I thought I'd buy some in bulk. Well, I got what I paid for. They seemed to be of good quality upon initial inspection. Almost the same as the sound panels I had bought previously. I then proceeded to put up the panels after the 24 hr time you are supposed to wait. Began sticking them up and everything seemed great. A few hours later, the panels just started falling left and right. All 25/25 panels I put up had fallen down (because of previous research I didn't want to put up all 50 and have them all fall). I even tried adding more tape and the tape stays on the wall but the panels fell. Again, this tape worked fine with the other sound panels. So refund requested. Panels seemed to have a slimy residue to it which I think is contributing to the lack of adhesion. ... show more
