I have a home gym and some smart equipment. Using the included ankle straps with my device to do leg curls was a big awkward, but these work with my machine and can do so more securely, also works great as standard handles doing functional trainer upper body movements as well.

    • Good on ankles
I got these grip because they advertised combination exercise use by hand or on ankles. The hand grip feels good with the waffle design. I am able to hold it securely. However, the strap design could be better. The strap is one piece and winds thru the hand grip and the ankle rubber piece. If you go higher in weight, the strap pulls the ankle rubber piece down against the hand where the outside strap is against. It was distracting me from my exercise. This will probably be used just on the ankles for legs exercises. Not good for me using the hand grips. These did not come with carabiners, whereas my other hand grips did come with carabiners. Also, I had a great experience with the Customer Service team; they were prompt in replying and did what they could to resolve my issue - that deserves extra stars because good customer service is hard to find these days. ... show more
