The media could not be loaded. I researched patio sets for a long time, and this one has all the features I was looking for! The swivel chairs, that also gently glide, are the best part of the set, according to me, my family, and guests! In fact, I went to visit a friend last night, and sat on her porch with its pretty rattan chairs. But her chairs do not swivel or glide, and I kept thinking how glad I was to have my swivel glider chairs! I love to sit in one of these chairs with my coffee to have my quiet time every morning. I can also put a cushion against one of the arms of the couch and stretch out while I read. It’s wonderful to start my day in such lovely surroundings, settling a calm and positive outlook for the entire day. The light gray rattan is very pretty and much more comfortable on my arms than actual wooden rattan would be. I love the light blue cushions. The actual color is not as bright as they appear in the pictures, but I was happy about that. They are bright enough to be cheerful, but not glaringly bright. The set was not as easy to put together as I had hoped. I had to call on the reinforcement of my adult son to help me muscle some of the pieces together. But in the end, everything fit together, and none of the screws stripped out because they give you all the tools you need to put it together correctly. We just finished putting it all together. A few mishaps in initial assembly of 1st chair. They're the hardest piece to assemble. It is easier to assemble with 2 people and an electric screw driver that you can fit the Allen bit provided by them into it. The one that come with the furniture is decent but it's faster to use your own screwdriver. Love the set and it is comfortable to sit in, or slouch as my husband likes to do. LOL Seat is firm and back pillow is soft. Our handicapped neighbor was leery of sitting on the Sofa but found it relatively easy to get in and out of it. Very sturdy. All pieces/parts arrived in good condition in 2 separate deliveries. The only piece missing was a cap for the end of one of the legs on the sofa. This piece is actually not part of the assembly process. So it had to have been missed at the factory. I have sent a message to the company to see if they can send me one. Would not stop me from ordering this set. Update: they sent me the part needed. Great customer service. ... show more

The five piece set is a beautiful and stylish addition to my patio. The wicker is better than I expected and the cushions are thick and comfortable. The set is very sturdy and I can see it lasting for many years. The wicker is a two-tone brown and the cushions are a medium navy blue. I had a couple of the items arrived damaged. The wicker on one chair back was broken and one of the seat covers was not sewn properly. The seller’s customer service team was right on it. We researched and shopped for over a year to find affordable quality swivel/rocking outdoor chairs. We ultimately chose these chairs in part because they are a heavier in stability weight and rated to withstand a larger, heavier weight person. My husband had no difficulty with assembly and had all 4 done in about 45 minutes. I am so so pleased with the higher back style and the wicker appearance is classy. Even though they do sit under a covered patio, two of the chairs did get hot 100+ degree sun on one side each all summer and there is no fading, material degrading, or weather damage. The cushions are attractive and have had no fading. There is no structural tilting or damage due to a 275 lb friend sitting in them. We do have them under the patio roof and with weatherproof chair covers utilized for the winter. So happy with these chairs. Would definitely buy again! ... show more

The chairs are comfortable. The quality is good but I think they cost way more than their worth. I would definitely not buy them again. Also, it took my husband about 3to four hours to put the set together. They are not worth it.
