Takes a very long time to put together, but it is very sturdy (and heavy) and beautiful. The only thing is that you have to have the leaf out for the table to be square, and there is no filler piece for where the leaf comes out, so it leaves a break in the edging of the table on both sides. Would be great if it came with a piece to put there so that it is fluid. A table runner covers it up, though. ... show more

I purchased this table and it’s gorgeous, exactly what we wanted. It was supposed to be a 9 piece set. However, it didn’t come with 8 chairs like it stated, it only came with 6. I have no way to get ahold of the seller. Pretty disappointed.....

Came well packed. There were 2 chairs per box. The table top was in one box and the legs came in a second box. Minor imperfections in finish on legs. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because no hardware came for attaching the legs to the table. Instead we went to Lowe’s and bought the washers and bolts necessary to assemble.
