This little unit is perfect for small spaces. It came well packaged and undamaged. Set up consisted of letting it set for several hours (It was delivered upside down.) And then plugging it in. It cooled immediately, and I began to use it the next day. I was pleasantly surprised by how much it will actually hold. Highly recommend. I've had this unit for 5 months now. It is fully loaded, and it holds a lot! It maintains temperature well and keeps food frozen. I have had no problems with water leakage or the latches on the lid. I do still have some of the plastic coating on it, because it is a nightmare to remove. It doesn't bother me as it's out of my sight most of the time.     • Perfect size. Seems to be damaged at top. Plastic covering is very hard to completely remove.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect size for a small apartment and very lightweight. Deep freezer seems to be damaged at the top, letting it run overnight to see if it’ll affect how it runs. Plastic covering is a nightmare to remove and I’m open to any advice on how to remove plastic from seals. Had to remove plastic because it was scratched and torn in visible areas. The box was in very good condition. There were no indications of abuse. Once I got it opened there were a lot of scratches on it. This freezer is going in the basement and between the kids and the cats it was probably going to get scratched during it's lifetime. It is fairly heavy. So the whole sending back and dealing with that is not worth my effort. ... show more
