This thing is great. We originally didn’t get a swing because I didn’t think it was necessary initially. An unhappy baby had me change my mind and I began doing research on the best swings. The mamaroo was always a top pick as I did my research. I was hesitant because it came with a bit of a hefty price tag in comparison to others, but after reading the reviews we decided to go for it during prime days while it was on sale. It has been worth every penny! We have the snoo bassinet and I would say this thing is basically the snoo of swings. The baby absolutely loves it and so do we! The only complaint I have is that we haven’t been able to figure out the streaming part. It shows on our phones that it is playing but noise doesn’t come out of the speakers on the swing. That part is a bummer, but overall this thing is still great. If you are considering it, I would highly recommend! We have been recommending it to all of our friends that are pregnant/new parents. ... show more

So many awesome functions and features on this. Even the material is good and not too hot/cold. Unfortunately, our baby just didn’t like it - he prefers to be held - but I still loved this swing. The Bluetooth feature was wonderful too to be able to play our own white noise. Definitely recommend.

We bought this when our newborn was 3-4 weeks old, out of desperation- she would only stay in our arms and we needed to have a few minutes for cooking/house chores/personal care. Advantages and disadvantages: - once you open it you cannot return it. This is good because we had bought a fair share of “new” baby items from Amazon that arrived in used condition and had been returned by other parents. You don’t need that headache when you barely have time to take a shower. This is also dangerous because if baby does not like it, it’s an expensive mistake. - the swing is great, our newborn liked it. It has 5 swing modes, and they worked for us. There is some default music and you can adjust the volume. The music is happy, not soothing. - the mobile is very interesting for baby - fun black and white pattern really attracts her attention, and I think it the other colorful side would be fun for her when she is older. BUT it needs to be manually operated. Would think that for a 200$+ swing, there would be a button to make it rotate but nooo… Baby gets frustrated when she wants it to move it doesnt and I am busy doing smth else. - the product is stylish and sturdy. ... show more
