The media could not be loaded. Great value and super easy assembly. The directions could have been written better but once I had everything organized and in place it was very simple! Make sure you have baby powder and rub it well on the metal tubes to help when it’s time to take it down! I have spent hours prepping to put this up on level ground with mats under. Finally opened the parts box and there are no vertical poles! It won’t stand because the frame for the top has nothing to hold it up. I am so disappointed because I had to save up to get this pool and now we have nothing.
