The blue ones had blue streaks. Otherwise they all work nicely. Here’s a trick when installing: Place large blue painters tape on the wall. Attach the VERY sticky 3M tape (found at Home Depot and come in a small roll) to the blue pieces of tape. Afterwards, push your panels onto the wall where you placed the sticky tape. I bought these for my son's room to help dampen the reflective nature of the room. These do it. They are not as dense as high-grade professional egg crates, but they work well and for the money, it is a great deal. It does what they need to. There is better stuff out on the market but this is excellent for the price. Adhesion I’d give 1 star because you need to buy any mounting stuff. It doesn’t come with that. As for sound absorption it works great. It also looks great! I would buy again!

Im a Streamer and YouTube creator and I bought these to add sound deading to my room. there are a great size and how many you get for the price is a steal but that are on the "thin" side. At the thickest point these are only 2 inches. My other panels are 4.5 inches thick. Again great deal for the money. ... show more

These acoustic foam panels seem to be of a much lesser quality compared to panels I have purchased in the past. The photo shows one of these panels (BLUE) compared to a panel I purchased elsewhere (BLACK). The peaks are approx 1/8-inch shorter. I'm disappointed in how difficult it is to differentiate between such seemingly-identical products on Amazon -- particularly when buying a large volume of panels, such as this. EDIT: After two days, the foam was still noticeably softer. However, it has since stiffened up a bit. ... show more

Arrived within a week, foam resume it’s normal size and shape within two hours. I took the time to separate the pieces and thenThey can absorb more air that way.

    • Looks nice, but doesn't do much for sound.
Not good for absorbing sound in the studio. These are more decorative than anything. They aren't anything like Auralex where the foam is actually dense and has some weight to it. These are paper thin and weightless. In the studio, they will actually hurt your room sound. It will absorb some highs, but won't absorb any mids or lows. This will result in a very boxy and boomy sound in your room. If you're looking just for something decorative, then these will do. ... show more
