The bikes rack itself seems sturdy and reliable, however, the included anchors and screws are garbage. After taping in the anchors to my drywall I then proceeded to set the screws by passing them through the holes on the bike rack/hook. I set all for screws flush with a hand screw driver (NOT A DRILL) and thought I was ready to go. I then gave A TINY tug on the rack and to my surprise the entire bike rack pulled free from the wall. I thought to myself - did I really set the anchors poorly!? I looked closer and the anchors were still set nicely in the wall - the screws themselves had pulled free from the anchors!!! I'm not sure if the threads themselves in the anchors were just constructed poorly or if there weren't enough to grip and hold the screw? As I looked at the anchors and screws included with my other bike racks I was able to easily slides each screw in and out of its anchor freely. Maybe the screws were too small for the sheeth of the anchor? Regardless, I purchased some new anchor hardware (a little inconvenient) and proceeded to install the bike racks with no troubles. ... show more

Bought these for some bikes that are taking too much space. I have some wall space so these should work for me. They came in a brown plain box, heavy, sturdy and quality is good. Find the wall studs, installed them, hung the bikes on, done. Floor space saved. Simple as that.
