We live in TX so we all know that it's hot as all get out down here right now. And our AC went out . We ordered this one it was shipped out super fast. Was so excited to finally get here. I will say being my first time having one I didn't know much so I had to reach out to customer service for help. They were amazing 😍 . They helped walk me step by step in fixing everything I was having issues with. I will say it cools amazing it easy to install once you realize it's actually simple. Don't let it fool you like it did me lol. I just needed a smaller window panel since I live in a mobile home. It's quite doesn't take up much room and I don't have to worry about it hanging out the window like the bulky ones. If you do use the dehumidifier beware it's amazing 😍 it removed 11 gallons of humidity from my living room in 12 hrs. You will definitely need to have a longer hose to drain it outside or to a drain. You don't need to use the hose unless you want to use the dehumidifier. Keeps my living room cool and I have happy kids and pups. Again want to thank customer service so much for having patience with me and helping me. Also make sure when you install it to get the metal aluminum tape not duck tape to seal the window so you don't have any leaks. That also helps keep any small creatures out by sealing all the tiny cracks. Also I love it has a remote control and that the vent swings up and down distributing the air. ... show more

It runs quiet, the included remote control was an awesome touch, and it fits perfect under my desk. I needed a portable AC for the summer and this thing looks super nice and performs well. Bought this machine after reading reviews glad I did. I’ve owened it 48 hours and it gets my 900sqft apart and it’s cool now. Great investment looks good and easy to use. Shipping was 6 days and $400 was worth it :) Ps.. I had to turn it off because I got too cold 😬

It's technically a 10,0000 btu. Still a very solid potable a/c. Much better than the standard 8k btu. If you look closely, you will notice many of these are made in the same factory but sre sold under different names for vastly different prices. Choose one like this.
