The first grill I received had a Big dent on the cover. I notified the seller and they asked me to send them some pictures (which I did). One week later I received a replacement grill. The customer service rep Stephanie was fantastic. Can't say enough about how well I was treated. I have cooked on it twice. First time I overcooked the meat, lol. It was so much hotter than my old one. Next time went much better. It does have some heat differences in certain zones but all in all a great little grill. Bought it for a Christmas Present. I did not like putting it together but got it done. We cooked hot dogs on it and they turned out great. Everything worked.

Works great after you get it together. Be prepared for that to take a couple hours with two people. Instructions are missing labels. Parts not labeled. Instructions very unclear.
