I was impressed with the packaging because every corner was padded with cardboard and a steel protective cap. 48X15X15. Beautiful box. Better than expected. I would call the box medium duty. Powder coated. Well made handles and latch. Great packaging. I put it on the back floor of my 2018 f-150 super cab. Floor in f-150 is flat, no hump. Get some power tools out my bed box. For the $200 price range, I would say this is the best box you will find. Buy it! ... show more

This fit exactly as I had expected and was impressed with the overall quality. It is aluminum, but it is thick enough that it maintains its structure when picked up and based on other comments, I read in other manufactures, I went ahead and put a piece of scrap lplywood in the bottom to span the trailer hitch. I bought this tool box to install on my 2024 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Northstar. Because of the corners of the ranger bed it is about an 1 inch away from sliding all the way forward, for me that was not really a problem. The tool box was packaged very well and seems built well and was a great price. The only things I don't love is that there is two latches on it and you have to pull both latches to open it and you can lock both latches but each latch is a different key. Not a deal breaker still very happy with the purchase but it was almost perfect. ... show more
