Works great, I did have a bad motor controller but the seller went back and forth trouble shooting with me via message and it all resolved fine, just keep in mind even though it is kind of pricey it is still pretty inexpensive for 36v power, 150lb capacity.

The media could not be loaded. It’s here…..I’ll say this for what it is the thing is pretty sweet 😂 three power modes but she’s already keeping it on max power. Tops out at about 15 mph and handles grass, dirt and gravel surprisingly well for electric. Not quite powerful enough to rip steeper inclines (but it’ll get up em) but for a young kid it’s a perfect starter and it’s electric so it’s quiet 🤫 that way your neighbors won’t hate you…..as much 😂 ... show more

There were no manual with how to put it together. Watched video on you tube, but even that does not show you everything. Customere service were great at trying to solve the issue. After you found out how to get in touch with them. Toy was a lots smaller than expected. Still our grandson likes it. Was hoping he could ride it for a few years. I don't see that happening. The company it ships from really do need to include a manual. That's why I gave it a 3 star. Battery does not charge all the way, even after 12 hours. Was told to use a voltage regulator. I feel we spent enough money on the toy. We still don't know how long the battery will last. I hope its more than a couple of months. And I don't think the company would replace it. I would not recommend this toy, not after all the issues we went through. ... show more

    • Suggestions for removing the ATV from the packaging.

If you decide to buy this, be advised, it is very heavy (about 114 pounds). It comes in a cardboard box that has the ATV mounted inside of a metal frame inside it. If you open the box from the top, you will need to cut the box down to get to the bolts at the bottom of the frame. You will need to take the metal frame apart to get the ATV out. I suggest you stand it on end, open the box from the bottom, lay the box back down with the flaps open and lift the cardboard box off just in case you need to return it for some reason. ... show more
