Ease of Installation: was provided with a template. Easy fit for 34inch+ cabinets. The given sink drain might have issues with garbage disposals( I am no expert) and my plumber bought a different one that fits the Frigidaire garbage disposal I have. I heard/read this is the case with all the similar kitchen sinks. Functionality: Fits the bill for daily use with glass/cupcleaner, kitchen faucet and waterfall. Good pressure maintained all across. Extra drilled holes help with installing soap dispenser and drinking water faucet. Usage: looks great after installation and usage. Water drains cleanly through the x shaped slope keeping the sink clean and dry. The length of the water faucet pipe is good enough to run through all the corners for cleaning/draining the food particles into the drain. The waterfall and cup cleaner functions well and are a great addition. Maintenance: Need a bit of cloth wipe after the usage to keep it clean. I’ve had this sink installed for about a week now, with a new countertop faucet and the whole 9 yards in the kitchen. But this sink is my favorite part about it, it’s spacious and reduces the water we used to splash on the counter with the smaller sink we used to have. This sink is beautiful! I gave it 4 stars because it did have a slight ding/warp on one of the lips (pictured) but it was so minor that it wasn't noticed until right before install. I was refunded for this minor flaw. Install was super easy and it took less than an hour to take the old out and put in this one. What took way longer was getting the pipes etc to hookup the drain. We moved from a double bowl to this single so some stuff had to changed of course. We didn't use the mounts included. We opted for using silicone under the edge as others suggested and it worked great. We did have to use a clear silicone on the outside of the edge because it does have more of a lip than the standard old double bowl. The only complaint i would have is that water does sit it in it. Just a little bit but enough to bother me. The X lines in the bowl really does nothing to help drain. The accessories: i did have to buy cutting board oil and use it on the cutting board and the edges of the rinse basket because the reviews don't lie, that stuff is DRY. I haven't really used the accessories but they are beautiful and just complete the fancy sink look. My cup rinser does complicate things and makes it to where I can't have all 3 on top of the sink at once. ... show more

Absolutely beautiful, high-end sink! Haven’t had it long enough to review durability, but everything else so far is amazing! The black gunmetal finish has tiny gold flakes embedded in it and is gorgeous! Check out the before and after photos and see.

    • Excellent customer service
Less than 2 years old and I have to replace this sink. You wouldn't think that you have to change out a kitchen sink except when you are doing a remodel, well don't count on this one to last. All the write up about the sink having those grooves to facilitate quick draining, don't believe it. This sink has many dead spots where water doesn't drain and food particles get stuck. If you get this sink, plan on removing the bottom grate every time you use it and pushing the water to the drain. I've never seen anything like this. It's horrible, don't waste your money. UPDATE: When they say customer service is a priority, they mean it. I had been having issues with this sink due to the slow draining and decided it was time to bite the bullet and replace the sink. I decided to write to Sarlai Home and let them know that I couldn't deal with this issue any longer since it had not yet been 2 years since the purchase. I was surprised when I actually heard back from Sarlai with an offer of refund or replacement. I opted for the refund and received it within a few days. I would try their products again, I just hope they fix the draining issue. As for the workstation sink, it is great. Not sure why people think that the single bowl is to "hide dirty dishes" IT'S NOT! The large bowl fits all of my larger pans making cleanup easier. I don't leave the basket or the cutting board out all the time so I have no issues with it being constantly wet. But when preparing a meal it's nice to have it right over the sink to catch drips. And the drying rack is excellent for coffee cups etc. but obviously isn't made to hold everything, especially small items that fall through the slats. It's just an added convenience. Yes, I had issues in the beginning with this sink, but the great customer service solved all of that. And even with the draining issue (which I hope they address) I love the sink. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The product came with all necessary hardware to install. The installation was very simple and everything went together easily. This is one of the best all in one kitchen sink combos I’ve installed. It works flawlessly and looks amazing with the countertop.

I figured some people may want a wear a tear review, so here’s one for you. We love the sink. The install was easy. I am a 37 year old woman with no prior experience and I did it myself while my husband was at work because I’m impatient. I went from a double sink to this single. Yes, I had a few bumps but I did it. It has some normal wear and tear as you can see, but that is expected, especially with the color that I have chosen. Overall, I absolutely love it. The depth is great, it came with everything shown. The only thing I would recommend, as you can see, is I would oil the cutting board and the wood on the strainer, as they are dry. I will be sanding this one and doing the same soon. They do work as they should but could definitely use the moisture when you get them. I love the cutting board and strainer when preparing dinner especially when cutting onions because a tiny stream of water keeps the onions from making me cry, lol!
