The device came in good condition just a little dirty around the speaker ear area and camera lenses area. I did contact the seller and he did reply asap to me and worked up a good discount for the inconvenience also apologize for it. At the moment im pretty satisfied. Definitely will recommend.

I will never buy another refurbished iphone from anyone especially this seller again. The phone lasted two months and then problems started acting up with the screen and now the phone won't even turn on. When someone is in a hospital and a phone is relied upon to stay in contact it made matters even worse. Never again will I buy from this seller or anyone like him. ... show more

For an "excellent" version of a refurbished item, I was expecting the battery health to be over 90. Backmarket would be a better place to buy such an item.
