I used to work in a corporate office and wore leather loafers everyday. Then, I worked in a more casual environment where everyone wore Jordan's everyday. Now, in a professional environment somewhere in the middle, these casual sneakers are the perfect medium. I bought them for work, but the refined profile of the upper mmhas me wearing them to dinner. The white sole keeps me from looking too stuffy. Side note, I bought a cheap pair from Banana Republic (black upper, white sole) because I loved the look. The banana Republic pair got dirty and I couldn't get them clean with my shoe cleaner. These clean very well and still look great even after I wore them to an indoor music festival (after cleaning of course). Great quality and great look. I have been undecided about purchasing this brand for a while. Seeing this item on sale for $49.00 was the perfect opportunity to try and it did not disappoint. Excellent shoes. They are snugged as I like them and light weight. They look so great on my feet. Just tried them on so I can't speak to comfort after extend wear just yet. Nice shoes but they are way too narrow in the front. The rest of the fitting is good. I probably should have sized up going 9.5 instead of 9.
