The media could not be loaded. First I want to say that this totally changed the dynamic of my kitchen, the gun metal color is SHARP! However there is 1 major issue my family has encountered. That being the turn know for the water on/temperature. It is almost impossible to turn when your hands are wet and soapy. Everyone including myself 6'1 210lbs struggle with turning the water off. The bottle cleaner has made getting those day old curdled milk bottles clean with absolute ease. The basket to wash vegetables and fruit serves for the perfect silverware spot. The giant rub also doubles as the coolest bath for our baby, she loves the waterfall and adjustments to the faucet head. The faucet head also has a blast mode I would call it...pressing that while rinsing dishes has proven super beneficial for things like cheese on forks. All in all this sink raised my home value I guarantee it, I just need to find an alternative for the water adjustment knob ... show more

I made new countertops and went with this huge deep well built gorgeous sink. Installation was a challenge but not impossible . I could not fit all the mounting screws as there just wasn't enough room but I used some special adhesive on the underside of the lip and placed heavy weights on boards spanning the sink overnight just for my piece of mind. Looks great ...wish I could remember the name of the adhesive for you but just make sure whatever you use is waterproof. The sink black anodized surface is tuff. The water drains properly and the rack it comes with fits perfectly keeping heavy cookware from making direct contact with the bottom of the sink...damn good looking unit...I can't get more pics to upload sorry ... show more

Great sink for a great price... love the options too, cutting board seems decent quality and I love the little drying rack. Couple problems with the purchase: 1: the color is NOT BLACK as advertised, more of a polished gunmetal gray. I had already hired plumber and contractors to come do the kitchen and couldn't reschedule so I installed it anyway... but I would have returned it had that not been the case... it definitely doesn't match my new black trim and floors nor the two black faucets I purchased for it which I now need to return. 2: the colander was bent and warped and did not sit flat on the rails. I made it work by twisting it to shape it up tho. It also isn't black and it's a shame that they didn't make it match the sink at least. 3: install was easy enough, tho the template barely allows for the little locking clips that hold it down... which are flimsy as hell and the instructions Don't really tell you why you need to bend them (to keep the "L" brackets from flexing) tho you don't really need to tighten it down super tight either. 4: make sure your counter top is super level... I'm not sure if my counter is off, but my sink is slightly warped and holding water, and I will need to shim up one corner to make it drain properly. 5: wish I could send it back but I've already installed it.... GRRR I wanted BLACK!! ... show more

The concept for this sink is amazing. The sink itself is functional and looks fantastic, really upgrades the look of the kitchen. It was fairly easy to install. Be mindful that the cup washer extends beyond the back edge of the sink and may not fit if your sink is very close to the wall. The biggest problem is the water/flow control. It is either all or nothing. I do not always need the water full blast, sometimes a soft/slow flow is needed. Makes quite a mess sometimes since it is alway full blast. The cup washer does not function properly at that level, massive hammering. If you turn the flow down under the sink, to prevent the hammering, the waterfall feature does not work appropriately. A tee with a separate adjustment going to the cup washer is needed for mine. The cup washer holds quite a bit of water which will lead to mold/mildew. It must be emptied frequently. *My sink is level in all directions* I also discovered a leaky mess under the sink after putting ice from a small lunch pail in the sink. Condensation formed under the sink which looked like I had a full on leak. I have put ice from ice chests in sinks for years and I have never seen this happen before. ... show more

Sink went in very quickly and was pretty straightforward. The clamps underneath that attaches the sink to the counter were not easy to understand how they worked. I did not care for the design of them and couldn't get my hand inside one edge of the sink to clamp the sink down. They really need to be redesigned to make them easier to attach especially in narrow spaces. I also could not install the glass washer as it overlapped the back of the sink and hit the counter backsplash. The feel of the metal is quality. Its heavy and has sound buffers so when you drop something in the sink it doesn't rattle the sink. The water sprayer has a nice feeling to it. Instructions were pretty light. It would have been nice to be given a heads up on what to attach first maybe attach hoses before installing or vice versa. Maybe make an installation video and put it on your amazon store. The instructions said hoses were numbered and color coded so attach number to number and color to color. There were no numbers. Two hoses had no colors so apparently, I guessed correctly.
