Absolutely love this fountain! It is very aesthetically pleasing while creating a relaxing atmosphere and calming energy. The sound of the water is perfect, like a babbling brook. Very, very easy to assemble. The lights can be very bright at night if you catch them from the side but this is in our living room so it is not an issue. If you want it in your bedroom and need it dark to sleep it could possibly be an issue. Some of the reviews mentioned a problem with the styrofoam packing being a big mess but I did not have any issues with packing. Overall a great product! ... show more

    • Stopped working sphere light

I bought this item in August 2023 and the 1st one came completely crushed on the bottom by the delivery company, sphere and tower squished terribly. So, Amazon replaced the fountain, fantasic, came in perfect condition. The fountain is beautiful, I love everything about it. However, about a week or two ago, the light on the sphere went out. Upon review of the listing there is a manufacturer warranty. I have tried many many times to go through Amazon, who said no go through seller, but there is not contact for the seller so I am getting no where. I just want a replacement sphere or light if replaceable. I was told by Amazon to write this review because this is how the seller responds. The media could not be loaded. Bought this for outside our front door. Easy to assemble and it is an attractive water feature. Pump still working fine after ~3 months, except the water had almost stopped flowing down the nylon strings. Discovered that the (many) small holes in the top reservoir (which the pump fills) had become gunked up. A plastic-coated paperclip worked well to clean them out (took 5 mins) and now it's working good as new. A battery-operated water-pick would also be a more effective way to clean out the reservoir holes. ... show more

I love this fountain, although I haven't put it out yet! I love the sunflower... it's the one I use to honor a friend I lost to COVID, two years ago! It is tall, but the flowers are shallow enough for birds to get a drink or take a quick dip! I'll let you figure out, on your own, what I use it for!!! ... show more
