This USB isn't just a windows ISO file. It has many tools to help you fix your pc including partition wizards, windows repair tools, CPU-Z; a whole host of tools. It is easy to use with readme files for common problems you may encounter and even a video file walking you through the windows setup process. It helped me format/re-partition my NVME drive, convert it from MBR to GPT, and install a fresh copy of windows 11 on it. It doesn't contain the windows cd key but if you've ever purchased windows before, you don't have to purchase again as long as you know your Microsoft email address. I've entered the same password multiple times a day for the past several years to get into my computer and forgot it within a month of getting my new computer... thankfully this was recommended on a YT video I watched. I was able to access the USB disk by pressing F12 when I restarted my computer. I didn't see a link for the instruction video mentioned in the product description and since I was just wanting to reset my password without losing any files I was a little nervous clicking on things. I clicked on 'desktop' and found instructions there and clicked on the one for resetting my password. once I did that I clicked the widows icon at the bottom of the screen and selected the option to restart. Now I'm in and have all my files. was well worth the price to get back into my computer. ... show more

Did a factory reset on HP Envy 360 and the Recovery Drive processes fine. Get to software installation part of the HP recovery manager and had to select skip. Software installation failed. The end result was I had to order this Bootable USB to reinstall Windows. This USB did the trick. First off, in order to Access the Installation Files, you must immediately press ESC on HP computers. From the Boot Menu, select Boot From USB, and the PC will Boot using the USB. From the Boot Screens, open the files from the Windows Icon and find the Files that contain the Windows file 🪟 With CD 💿 Icon next to it, should follow with 22 or 23 numbers. Click on either Windows 10 or 11 and it will begin to install windows starting with a Language Menu which is the Beginning part of the Installation along with Terms And Conditions. I had two laptops from other people I wanted to donate. Run the recovery option from within Windows to basically have a fresh start with Windows which failed at 97%. Try booting from the recovery partition. No luck. Tried recovery from a boot USB made on another pc, same version windows. No luck and after trying that the computers were not boot at all. Just a constant message that they were unable to install Windows and to restart. For less cost of me running out to buy a larger USB thumb drive to put an ISO image on Etc I had this overnight and it worked fantastic plus I see it has a lot of other useful tools for troubleshooting which I did not need or was interested in but it's nice to know they're there. ... show more
