This arrived broken. The entire top portion - all the controls, broken. It must have been dropped upside -down. We contacted the company many times to replace, but they want us to pay return shipping. So we tried to use as is, But it broke more and became a weapons system, capable of launching plastic projectiles strong enough to put my eye out and pierce skin. It does its job is a little tedious to fill up if you cant directly hook up to a sink and the drain thing is definitely something I learned had a hook the hard way the spin really doesn't like being used outside of specific weight parameters and the manual is worthless but you do get what you payed for a cheap portable washer that works just be aware their are some downsides and a learning curve that the online and physical manual doesn't help with in fact I have a part that I still have zero clue what it does or even is but it doesn't seem to be important I would definitely say make sure to have a drain nearby when in use or a shower ... show more

The water didn’t come out the drain holes. And when I turned it to drain the water started going down a little bit in the washer. But it didn’t come out the holes. I don’t know where the water went. Than when I turned the spinner on it smelled like something was burning. So I called Amazon. And told me to put it back and the box.
